All orders placed through our website are available for local pickup only at our retail location.

Pickup Hours
Orders may be picked up during our regular business hours. Seasonal hours may vary, so please check our homepage or Google listing for the most current schedule.
Order Preparation
Orders may not be ready immediately after purchase. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Your order will be prepared and held for your scheduled pickup time while any necessary payment or pickup arrangements are confirmed.
Online Order Pickup Requirements
To protect our customers and help prevent unauthorized credit card use, identification and payment verification may be required for all online pickup orders.
Original Cardholder Pickup
The original cardholder should be present when the order is picked up.
At pickup, the cardholder may be required to provide:

A valid government-issued photo ID

The order confirmation or order number
-
The physical card used to place the order
The name on the photo ID must match the name associated with the payment card.
Pickup by Another Person
Another person may pick up the order. However, if the original cardholder is not present, the original online payment will need to be refunded.
The person picking up the order must then pay in store using a physical card in their own name.
The pickup person must present a valid government-issued photo ID, and the name on the ID must match the name on the card used for the in-store payment.
We cannot release an order to another person based solely on:

The pickup name entered during checkout

Possession of the order confirmation

A photograph of the original payment card

Verbal or written permission that cannot be independently verified
Please contact 501 PYRO before arriving if the original cardholder will not be available for pickup.
Additional Verification
An order may be temporarily held for additional verification if:

The cardholder and pickup names do not match
-
Payment or billing information cannot be verified
-
The transaction is identified as unusual or potentially high risk
-
Multiple unsuccessful payment attempts were made
-
Additional information is needed to confirm authorization
501 PYRO reserves the right to delay, cancel or refund an order when payment authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
We apologize for any inconvenience these precautions may cause. These procedures are in place to protect our customers, cardholders and business from unauthorized transactions.
Age Requirement
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase or pick up fireworks.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
Order Hold Policy
We will generally hold an order for seven days after it has been marked ready for pickup.
After seven days, the order may be canceled, restocked and refunded at our discretion.
During high-demand seasons, including July Fourth and New Year’s, shorter pickup windows may apply. Any shortened pickup deadline will be communicated to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fireworks and applicable safety requirements, all sales are final once an order has been picked up.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened products
-
Used products
-
Products damaged after leaving the store
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order before leaving the premises.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please notify a 501 PYRO team member before leaving the store if:

A product is visibly damaged

An item is missing
-
You received an incorrect product
-
There is another noticeable issue with the order
When an issue is verified at pickup, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We cannot replace products that have been opened, used, mishandled or damaged after leaving the store.
Order Issues
If you discover a missing or incorrect item after pickup, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the order and available pickup records to determine whether the issue can be resolved.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before pickup for a full refund.
Once an order has been picked up and released to the customer, the sale is final.

Always handle fireworks responsibly and follow all applicable local, state and federal laws.
Use fireworks only as directed by the manufacturer and in areas where their use is legally permitted.
