Order Pickup
All orders placed through our website are local pickup only at our retail location.

Pickup Hours:
Orders can be picked up during normal business hours. Seasonal hours may vary—please check our homepage or Google listing for the most current schedule.
Pickup Process:
- Place your order online and complete payment
- Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” notification
- Bring a valid government-issued ID
- Provide your order confirmation at pickup
⚠️ Important: Orders may not be immediately ready after purchase. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase and pick up fireworks.
- ID is required at pickup
- Orders will only be released to the name on the order unless prior arrangements are made
Order Hold Policy
We will hold your order for 7 days after it is marked ready for pickup.
- After 7 days, orders may be restocked and refunded at our discretion
- Large seasonal orders (e.g., July 4th / New Year) may have shorter hold windows due to demand
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fireworks and safety regulations, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Fireworks
- Opened items
- Used or damaged products after leaving the store
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective at the time of pickup, please notify us immediately before leaving the premises.
- We will gladly exchange the item or offer store credit if verified on-site
- We cannot replace items once they have left the store
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before pickup for a full refund
- Once an order has been picked up, it is considered final sale
